Crās is a Copenhagen-based brand bringing a hyper-glamorous, upbeat aesthetic to responsibly made pieces. Named after the Latin word for tomorrow, Crās create responsibly made clothes for a brighter future.
“We’re both keenly interested in sustainability and it’s been wonderful to be able create a brand that sets the bar high for responsibly produced fashion. We both have a fondness for colours and clothes that make a bit of noise, and we want to put that across in our collections,” Founders Christiane Hagger & Anne Charlotte Lembye.
Cras only use certified sustainable and natural fabrics, ranging from certified recycled polyester, EcoVero Viscose and certified organic cotton.
The brand has their own production company in China, and their factories are visited on a weekly basis to ensure all requirements regarding working conditions and environmental responsibility are met. In Europe they work with BSCI certified factories in Portugal and Turkey. Some knitwear is made by a small family run business in Denmark.
